Delivery Manager with German

• Manage a pipeline of projects
• Manage timelines, risks, and customer business expectations
• Ensure efficient delivery processes, including project optimization and profitability management
• Plan, control, and allocate project budgets
• Communicate closely with internal and external project stakeholders
• Forecast project growth and decline
• Monitor and improve team performance metrics
• Perform RFP analysis
• Prepare evaluations of proposed solutions
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations for clients
• Build teams and manage project timelines
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise projects
• Communicate regularly with customers about business development, strategies, and objectives
• Maintain customer reports and required documentation

• At least 2 years of IT project management experience, including planning, scheduling, project communication, problem-solving, and change and risk management
• At least 1 year of experience as a Delivery Manager
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience managing projects under various Agile contracts and Fixed Price
• Good technical experience, such as previous work as a QA or Developer
• Experience in different domains, such as fintech or healthcare
• Practical knowledge of Agile and the software product development life cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent planning skills and ability to switch between projects while maintaining focus
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and experience in requirements management
• English at Intermediate+ level or above
• German at Upper-Intermediate level or above
