Financial Operations Specialist

An international FinTech company operating in acquiring and payment operations works with complex financial data and payment flows.

• Reconcile transactions, commissions, payouts, and settlements
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or unusual operations
• Investigate reconciliation issues and independently resolve complex cases
• Work with acquiring, banking, and settlement data
• Prepare financial reports and improve reconciliation processes

• 2+ Years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, or Financial Operations
• Hands-on acquiring experience
• Strong understanding of settlements, transaction flows, and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
