Financial auditor

Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Senior Financial Auditor ? SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

• Lead and perform audits of financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal and external regulations.
• Analyze financial records, invoices, contracts, and internal procedures to assess operational efficiency and risk exposure.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate irregularities or potential fraud and recommend preventive measures.
• Prepare detailed and structured audit reports highlighting key findings, root causes of discrepancies, and practical recommendations.
• Coordinate audit activities with team members and relevant departments.
• Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions based on previous audit findings.
• Participate in the development of audit plans and methodologies.
• Support the training and mentoring of junior auditors.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience in auditing or financial control, including roles with increased responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, internal control evaluation, and risk assessment practices.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong experience in preparing and reviewing audit documentation and reports.
• Excellent command of MS Office and accounting software (e.g., ArmSoft).
• Thorough understanding of tax and labor legislation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in Armenian; good command of English and Russian (both written and verbal).
