• Serve as the first line of support for finance questions and requests across teams
• Handle issues involving payments, transactions, invoices, and payouts
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose solutions
• Verify financial data and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain clean, accurate, and well-documented records
• Work with internal teams to resolve finance issues quickly
• Escalate complex or unusual cases with the relevant context gathered
• Follow and help improve finance procedures and internal policies
• Support the finance team with other operational tasks as needed

• 0–2 Years of experience in finance, accounting, banking, payments, or operations
• Solid understanding of basic financial concepts and processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Confidence using Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Willingness to work a night schedule
