• Support the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and in-year forecasting
• Analyze the region’s financial performance and prepare explanations for variances against budget, forecast, and prior year
• Prepare and further develop regular financial and management reports
• Support the analysis and management of relevant KPIs, particularly revenue, earnings, working capital, and cash
• Analyze receivables, DSO, and overdue receivables, and support follow-up on agreed actions
• Support profitability calculations, business cases, and ad hoc analyses
• Prepare financial data and decision-making materials for regional management
• Support operational units with commercial and financial matters
• Contribute to optimizing and standardizing finance processes and reporting structures
• Ensure and improve data quality in relevant ERP, planning, and reporting systems
• Participate in regional and cross-regional finance projects

• Degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field, specializing in finance, controlling, or accounting
• Initial relevant experience in finance or controlling
• Good understanding of business relationships and strong interest in operational business management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical and structured approach, with strong numerical skills
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with finance and operational departments
• Willingness to take responsibility and develop professionally and personally
