• Manage employee cost budgets and forecasts
• Build financial models and scenarios for management decisions
• Analyze payroll, employee costs, and budget variances
• Prepare workforce cost projections
• Take Cyprus tax and employment costs into account
• Work closely with Finance and business leaders
• Manage compensation structures, benefits, and benchmarking
• Support compensation decisions and special cases
• Prepare C&B reports and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus legislation and tax requirements

• 3+ Years in C&B, HR Finance, FP&A, Total Rewards, or a similar field
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with payroll and employee cost data
• Good knowledge of the Cyprus payroll and tax environment
• Ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations
• English B2+
