• Organize and conduct intra-corporate financing for subsidiaries through loan agreements, including methodological guidance, approvals, corporate procedures, and the execution and support of loan transactions and all types of bank guarantee transactions
• Analyze the financial, economic, organizational, and legal models of loan and documentary transactions to identify potential financial risks and the optimal financing structure
• Prepare analytical materials and briefing notes for company management on transaction structures
• Prepare and analyze consolidated data on completed loan and documentary transactions

• Higher education in finance and credit or financial management
• Ability to prepare analytical notes
• Experience in banking, corporate finance, planning, and analysis
• Knowledge of corporate finance fundamentals
• Confident user of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for data processing
