Digital Assets Trader

Flow Traders operates a global digital assets trading team that develops and scales strategies across centralized and decentralized markets.

• Develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across CeFi and/or DeFi markets
• Contribute to 24/7 trading, monitoring, and risk management of digital asset strategies
• Identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies across exchanges, instruments, and protocols
• Collaborate with global teams to improve execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure
• Contribute research and insights to improve team performance and the strategy portfolio

• At least 3 years of professional trading experience at a leading proprietary trading firm, market maker, or crypto-native trading desk
• Proven PnL generation from strategies personally built, deployed, and managed in live production
• Experience in low-latency CeFi trading and/or on-chain DeFi trading
• Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
• Practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems
• Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback
• Comfortable working flexible hours
• Strong quantitative skills and solid programming and data-handling capabilities, such as Python and SQL
