Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead a team of accountants and oversee accounting operations for multiple companies across various industries. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of Armenian tax legislation and financial reporting requirements.

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of accountants.
• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations for multiple companies across different industries.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Armenian tax legislation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review tax declarations, financial statements, and statutory reports.
• Oversee payroll accounting and related tax calculations.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review accounting records, identify discrepancies, and improve accounting procedures.
• Communicate with clients, tax authorities, and auditors.
• Ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and timely completion of all accounting tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting.
• Proven experience in a senior accounting or team leadership role is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Armenian tax legislation and accounting regulations.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple companies across different industries.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
