Technical migration engineer in observability

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, helping organizations reduce observability costs by up to 70%. We are looking for a Technical Migration Engineer to join our growing Migration team.

• Assist with customer migrations from observability platforms to Coralogix.
• Analyze existing alerts, dashboards, parsing rules, and monitoring configurations.
• Rebuild alerts, dashboards, and parsing rules using Coralogix best practices.
• Configure log parsing using Regex and work with logs, metrics, and queries.
• Help automate migration tasks using scripts and AI tools.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and work with internal teams to resolve them.
• Collaborate with customers, TAMs, Product, and Engineering throughout the migration process.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and migration guides.
• Continuously learn new observability technologies and Coralogix platform capabilities.

• BA/BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in Technical Support, DevOps, Observability, SRE, Monitoring, or a similar technical role.
• Strong customer-facing skills and willingness to work directly with customers.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with scripting/automation (Python preferred)
• Exposure to GenAI/LLMs for building automation or developer tools
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Motivation to learn new technologies and grow in the observability domain.
