System Administrator / IT & Security Specialist in financial sector

The company’s IT team supports and develops server infrastructure, ensures system stability, and maintains information security.

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and corporate services
• Support server, network, and cloud infrastructure
• Configure DNS, DHCP, Exchange, backup, and data recovery systems
• Monitor infrastructure, analyze logs, and respond to IT security incidents
• Manage user access, configure firewalls, and manage antivirus protection
• Update systems, audit vulnerabilities, and improve infrastructure fault tolerance

• 4+ Years of experience in system administration, IT Infrastructure, or IT Security
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration, AD, GPO, and DNS/DHCP
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking technologies, and data center operations
• Hands-on experience with Backup & Recovery systems, infrastructure monitoring, and security
• Solid understanding of information security principles, access control, and data protection
• Higher education degree in IT or a related field
• Будет плюсом: experience in banking, MFOs, or FinTech; familiarity with Central Bank of Uzbekistan information security regulations; experience with cryptographic protection tools (SKZI), digital signatures (EDS), and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
