Readdle creates personal productivity products for Apple devices, including mobile and desktop experiences designed to help individuals and teams improve their efficiency and creativity.

• Own the full access lifecycle, including provisioning, reviews, revocation, and documenting each step in tickets
• Resolve support and service requests end-to-end for the distributed team
• Administer Google Workspace and Jira Service Desk, including request intake forms and workflows
• Administer the GitHub organization, including members, teams, repository permissions, and access
• Maintain Jenkins nodes and the GitHub–Jenkins integration, including webhooks, credentials, and build agents
• Manage the predominantly Apple device fleet through MDM, including enrollment, configuration profiles, OS updates, and security baselines
• Identify recurring request types and eliminate them through automation and self-service
• Work hands-on with AI tooling in IT operations, from triage and request classification to reducing manual handling
• Propose and build automation to reduce manual work
• Help shape IT processes as they mature toward enterprise-level processes

• 3+ Years of system administration experience, including hands-on Google Workspace and macOS administration in a company environment
• Proven experience owning asset management
• Intermediate Linux command-line skills and working knowledge of AWS and GCP
• Discipline in documentation and following access policy
• A service-oriented approach and the ability to support non-technical users through to a working outcome
• Good written and verbal English (B2 preferred)
