• Deploy new software in the Bank’s IT infrastructure.
• Install and configure software on servers and ensure it remains operational, including integration of software installed on servers and workstations.
• Organize and manage automated software installation systems for workstations and servers.
• Provide recommendations on software installation on workstations.
• Install and configure software updates on servers and workstations.
• Organize and manage the logical network infrastructure (Active Directory), including maintaining records of users and user groups.
• Organize and manage core services (WINS, DHCP, DNS, RAS, RADIUS).
• Organize and manage security policy services.
• Organize and manage email and messaging services.
• Organize and manage antivirus and anti-spam systems.
• Organize and manage systems for using the Internet, network resources, and printing services.
• Organize centralized information storage.
• Organize and manage remote network access systems.
• Prevent unauthorized access to system files, data, and information, and ensure the security of data exchange between networks.
• Identify vulnerabilities in the system infrastructure and respond promptly to critical (emergency) incidents.
• Log and analyze access events involving networks, systems, and resources.
• Restrict access to workstations and servers.
• Ensure network and system stability and uninterrupted operation, including creating and restoring data backups.
• Document system configurations.
• Organize tests and preventive inspections to identify and resolve potential system faults.
• Make recommendations on upgrading and acquiring server and network equipment.
• Perform other functions arising from relevant provisions of the employment contract, the Department’s Charter, and other internal corporate acts of the Bank relating to the role.
• Unconditionally carry out instructions and orders issued by the direct manager, the area manager, and the Chairman of the Management Board, and arising from decisions adopted by the Supervisory Board and internal Bank committees, the employment contract, the branch Charter, and internal corporate acts of the Bank relating to its activities.

• Higher education — bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Refer important matters arising while performing duties to the direct manager in accordance with the chain of command and cooperate with them to resolve those matters.
• Refrain from actions in the course of employment that disrupt the normal work of the Bank’s structural units or worsen relationships within the team.
