• Act as the primary point of contact for developers in the assigned domain, handle service-related queries in chats, and manage SRE-specific tasks;
• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability;
• Integrate SRE/DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle, from architecture planning to deployment;
• Research, develop, and implement infrastructure tools, and conduct PoC projects;
• Partner with the Automation team to build CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows;
• Participate in developing quality metrics (SLIs/SLOs) and maintain project documentation;
• Join the on-call rotation to ensure the 24/7 stability of mission-critical services.

• 3+ Years of experience as an SRE/DevOps Engineer;
• Experience with containerization and orchestration; Kubernetes is required, and GKE is preferred;
• Knowledge of SRE/DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD, IaC, and gitOps;
• Knowledge of at least one gitOps tool; FluxCD is preferred;
• Experience with cloud infrastructure; GCP is preferred;
• Research and troubleshooting skills;
• Experience administering and tuning PostgreSQL, MySQL, and ClickHouse;
• Experience deploying and maintaining distributed high-load systems;
• Experience developing fault-tolerance mechanisms, including clustering, replication, and scaling approaches;
• Experience configuring monitoring solutions; Grafana and VictoriaMetric operator are preferred;
• Good scripting skills; bash and python are preferred;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Spoken English;
• Nice to have: configuring logging/tracing solutions such as the OpenTelemetry stack, ViktoriaLogs, Grafana Loki, and Grafana Tempo; maintaining and scaling Elasticsearch; proficiency with Kafka and RabbitMQ; proficiency with GitlabCI; developing, maintaining, and refactoring complex Helm charts; migrating applications to Kubernetes; deep understanding of Linux-like OS processes; implementing security controls in containerized environments; strong motivation to automate processes with an emphasis on improving security.
