Shifts Technical Support Specialist for server-side tracking

Stape develops server-side tracking solutions for marketers and website owners. Its platform processes over 5 billion requests daily and helps more than 200,000 clients improve tracking accuracy and data privacy.

• Provide prompt and helpful support to clients via email and chat, without phone calls
• Keep Help Center and Knowledge Base articles accurate and up to date
• Resolve support tickets in one touch whenever possible
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve support processes

• At least 1 year of active experience in technical support
• Understand network troubleshooting tools and techniques, such as browser DevTools
• Learn quickly and grasp new technical concepts independently
• Communicate clearly about technical topics and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Analyze data, identify tracking issues, and find solutions
• Work effectively in a small team or startup environment
• English B2 or higher
• Будет плюсом: previous experience in technical support or a similar client-facing technical role, understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads, familiarity with Jira and Confluence or similar project and documentation tools

• Full-time cooperation
• Month 1 onboarding schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET (5 days/week)
• From Month 2 and after probation, shift schedule covering day and night shifts
• Day shift: 08:00–20:00 CET
• Night shift: 20:00–08:00 CET
• Standby day/night shifts are reserve days for replacing an absent colleague
