• Serve as an expert in Shield implementation
• Understand deployment patterns and the configurations that support them
• Implement the Shield platform from deployment handover through go-live readiness
• Configure applications to meet customer-specific requirements
• Integrate Shield systems with external data sources
• Create and demonstrate technical documentation
• Work with development groups and customer IT departments to ensure cloud deployment availability, security, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production SaaS environments

• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications in production environments, including deployment, integration, upgrades, operations, and monitoring
• Administer application infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, and security
• Have application lifecycle management experience with Kubernetes
• Have experience with GitOps and Argo CD
• Know automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Helm, Terraform, Bash, and Python
• Troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues, including root-cause analysis, performance, and reliability
• Have experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Use Jira and Confluence for documentation, incident follow-up, and task management
• Take end-to-end accountability and ownership of execution, from planning through delivery and post-deployment follow-up
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Have excellent written and spoken English
