Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Innowise delivers projects for clients worldwide, with more than 1,600 cases implemented for clients including those in the USA, Denmark, and Germany.

• Administer and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
• Configure and integrate authentication and authorization solutions, including SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
• Manage roles, access rights, and security policies in compliance with corporate standards
• Automate identity management processes using Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripts
• Monitor and audit access and investigate security incidents related to access violations
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and HR teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2
• Participate in projects to migrate and integrate IAM systems into AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments

• At least 2 years of experience as an IAM Engineer or in a similar role
• Knowledge of LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, or similar systems
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and access management best practices
• Intermediate English
