• Administer, monitor, and manage the lifecycle of Salesforce environments
• Design, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines
• Automate deployment processes and eliminate manual steps through scripting and pipeline configuration
• Own end-to-end deployments, including execution, troubleshooting, and resolution of build, Git, and metadata API failures
• Plan and coordinate releases and optimize release processes
• Manage source control, including branching strategy, commits, and deployment readiness
• Deploy configuration changes in a repeatable, automated manner
• Plan environment refreshes and manage data consistency
• Maintain change logs and ensure audit and compliance alignment
• Collaborate with development teams to standardize and streamline deployment practices

• At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce administration or low-code development
• Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps experience, including pipeline design and optimization
• Strong experience with Salesforce deployments, strategies, branching models, and promotion flows
• Experience troubleshooting deployment issues, including metadata conflicts, dependencies, pipeline failures, and rollbacks
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce metadata model and platform limitations in CI/CD
• Practical knowledge of SFDX, Git, and VS Code
• Understanding of Salesforce security and data model concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
• Advanced English communication skills
