• Collaborate with the development team to optimize workflows and improve development processes;
• Configure, provision, and maintain bare-metal resources and infrastructure;
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable software delivery;
• Automate builds, tests, and deployments to improve team efficiency;
• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and logging services;
• Provide hands-on technical support and resolve issues;
• Work across multiple tools, platforms, and environments;
• Continuously grow technical skills and share knowledge across the team.

• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Have 2+ years of experience managing bare-metal infrastructure, including Ovhcloud, Hetzner, servers, or similar;
• Have proven experience with monitoring services such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar;
• Be proficient in containerization with Docker, Kubernetes, and other orchestration technologies;
• Have proven experience with Ansible automation;
• Have strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and related tools, including Jenkins, ArgoCD, Drone, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies;
• Be a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning;
• Be able to work with sophisticated systems and analytical challenges;
• Nice to have: Building and maintaining Helm charts and customizing modules for applications and services, implementing and maintaining an internal company network with VPN and Firewall, scripting languages such as Python or Ruby.
