devops engineer for mission-critical IT

• Support the customer’s functional management team and ensure customer business satisfaction
• Identify and implement improvements
• Maintain platform security, keep platforms up to date, and ensure availability
• Participate in critical operations and project work
• Automate configuration management using Chef, infrastructure as code using Terraform, and scripting with PowerShell, Python, or other suitable tools
• Enhance the stability and performance of customer systems while prioritizing security

• Strong experience in the Windows ecosystem and an understanding of how software transforms infrastructure
• Experience with Windows Server High Availability Clustering, Windows Server Active Directory Domain Services, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Ruby
• Experience with configuration management tools
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience with version control and CI/CD, including Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Enthusiasm for technology and a strong interest in the customer’s business and application landscape
