DevOps engineer for a home services platform

• Maintain and manage our AWS-based infrastructure
• Design, maintain, and extend robust CI/CD pipelines
• Build automations and tooling that make engineering teams more productive
• Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of our environments
• Drive continuous improvements across our cloud security posture, deployment processes, and system scalability

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
• Commercial experience with Kubernetes, ideally EKS
• Solid experience with AWS (or another major cloud provider with a strong willingness to master AWS)
• Proven track record with CI/CD automation, specifically GitHub Actions or similar tools
• Observability expertise, working with the ELK Stack or similar tracing and logging solutions
• Cloud security and compliance mindset, with a strong focus on secure architecture
• Code & script literacy: ability to read, understand, and debug existing application code and configurations
• Problem-solving drive: ability to break down complex technical issues and deliver simple, clean, and maintainable solutions
• You communicate clearly: able to advise both technical and non-technical team members with ease
• You lead by influence and example, helping to level up the engineers around you
• You are adaptable and curious: quick to pick up new tools, paradigms, and emerging technologies
• You take ownership: dedicated to solving root causes and upholding high standards of quality and reliability
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), as it is our primary working language
• Будет плюсом: Previous commercial experience as a Software Developer; Familiarity with TeamCity, Helm, and/or Terragrunt; Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Prometheus; Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS); Experience with Fastlane for mobile app (iOS/Android) automation; Basic working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
