Quadcode is a fintech company focused on financial brokerage activities and delivering financial products. Its flagship internal trading platform is offered to other brokers as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

• Process security-related requests and notifications, including access management, security tool notifications, and vulnerability assessments
• Identify and help mitigate security issues, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities related to corporate infrastructure
• Develop, implement, and update security measures to protect corporate infrastructure
• Support the identity and access management process
• Build a knowledge base for product and service operations
• Assist security analytics with incident response
• Collaborate with Ops and Infrastructure teams on asset security

• At least 1 year of experience in server administration, network engineering, site reliability engineering, infrastructure security, cloud security, or systems engineering
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and macOS and common OS hardening practices
• Technical knowledge of network protection and network device hardening
• Automation skills with Bash and Python
• Understanding of how computer attacks occur
• Passion for developing in cybersecurity
• Ability to work in a team, listen, and learn independently
• Competent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving

• Будет плюсом: cybersecurity background, experience using AI tooling for technical or cybersecurity tasks, vulnerability analysis, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.), understanding intruder tactics and techniques and how to defend against them
