• Define and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with business and product objectives
• Lead, develop, and grow multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and specialized technical profiles
• Establish a clear technology vision, ensuring the platform’s scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability
• Promote software development, architecture, testing, observability, DevOps, and continuous delivery best practices
• Ensure delivery quality and predictability by improving project planning, prioritization, and tracking processes
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Operations, and the leadership team to turn business needs into effective technology solutions
• Participate in strategic decisions on architecture, technology, investment, hiring, and team organization
• Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, transparency, and technical excellence
• Identify technical and operational risks and define medium- and long-term mitigation and improvement plans
• Represent the engineering function to internal stakeholders, partners, and other relevant counterparts

• Solid experience leading engineering organizations as a VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, Engineering Director, or in a similar role
• Demonstrated track record developing and scaling digital products, SaaS platforms, or complex technology environments
• Experience managing distributed teams and growing organizations
• Deep knowledge of software architecture, product development, cloud computing, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
• Ability to connect technology strategy with business objectives and customer needs
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining technical talent
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to make complex decisions, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously
• Results-oriented, strategic thinker with a practical approach to problem-solving
• Fluent professional English
