• Build and extend responsive native UI systems within Unreal Engine using UMG
• Architect scalable UI layouts that separate presentation layers from data and backend services
• Structure and optimize data pipelines for efficient data delivery to the frontend
• Translate UX and design intent into performant, intuitive in-engine interfaces
• Optimize UI performance across mobile, PC, and console platforms
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's technical standards

• At least 5 years of relevant professional software development experience, focused on game UI development
• At least 1 year of experience in people management or team leadership
• Deep hands-on Unreal Engine expertise, including workflows, packaging, and platform targeting
• Experience building reusable, scalable UI component systems using UMG or equivalent frameworks
• Proficiency in C++ within Unreal Engine and understanding of UI architectural patterns such as MVC or MVVM
• Experience connecting Unreal Engine frontend UI to backend services or data pipelines
• Cross-platform development experience across PC, mobile, and consoles, including platform-specific UI constraints and performance budgets
• Experience using tools such as JIRA for bug tracking and task management
• English level B2 or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills
