3+ Years of experience leading R&D or software development teams
5+ Years of backend development experience with strong Python expertise
Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP
Solid knowledge of security concepts: Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption
Experience designing distributed, highly available systems handling real-time traffic and data
Strong system architecture and technical leadership skills
