SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for HR processes

Andersen Lab helps enterprise clients transform their HR processes with modern SAP solutions.

• Design, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Work with Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, and Learning modules
• Analyze HR and business requirements and turn them into effective SAP solutions
• Work on integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA
• Support integrations using SAP Integration Suite, OData APIs, and other middleware tools
• Participate in implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with HR teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams
• Support testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production issues
• Contribute to S/4HANA transformation and HR IT initiatives
• Ensure solutions follow GDPR and local EU labor regulations

• 2+ Years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (functional or techno-functional)
• Experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules
• Understanding of SuccessFactors architecture and data model
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA enterprise environments
• Knowledge of integrations, OData APIs, SAP Integration Suite, REST, XML, and JSON
• Basic understanding of SAP security, roles, and RBP
• Experience with testing, deployments, and production support
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• German proficiency at Intermediate+ (B1+) or higher
