• Deploy, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules according to worldwide business needs
• Provide specialized expertise across core HR, payroll, time management, talent, and recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB) and middleware solutions to transfer data among SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP/Payroll, and external systems
• Identify process improvement opportunities, oversee change requests, configure new capabilities including quarterly release updates, and simplify HR workflows
• Conduct system testing, resolve complex technical and functional challenges, and maintain data accuracy across supported modules
• Collaborate with HR business partners, process owners, and technical teams to translate business strategies into technical configurations
• Develop functional documentation and training resources, and support end-users and administrators

• At least 5 years of practical consulting or internal implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll), and Time Tracking (EC Time)
• Skilled in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PM&GM), Learning (LMS), Career and Talent Development, and Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
• Experience with SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors, including Winston AI integration, and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB)
• Understanding of Business Integration Builder (BIB) and data migration and integration best practices
• Strong analytical approach, understanding of HR business processes, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
