• Bring robot and machine behavior into simulation and connect it to the autonomy stack through ROS 2
• Build and tune controllers, planners, and learned policies in Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab
• Support autonomy validation with scenario-based simulation tests
• Close the sim-to-real gap with physics and sensor engineers
• Build agents to automate behavior testing and scenario runs

• Experience with robot or vehicle behavior and autonomy in simulation using NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab
• Experience integrating ROS 2 between autonomy software and a simulator
• Ability to implement and tune controllers and planners for simulated robots or vehicles
• Experience taking behaviors, policies, or tests from simulation to real hardware
• Experience building simulation AI agents or automation
• Python and C++
