• Work across engineering, product, and design to turn client problems into mobile experiences
• Own features end-to-end, from understanding problems and shaping solutions through implementation, launch, and iteration
• Use data and client feedback to drive improvements
• Build high-quality React Native experiences across financial products
• Partner with Product and Design early in the product-development process
• Work with APIs and real-time data to create responsive, data-rich mobile experiences
• Make thoughtful decisions about state management, rendering, performance, and architecture
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and collaboration to raise the product-engineering bar across Consumer Mobile

• Strong React Native experience building and shipping production applications
• Comfortable making architectural and implementation decisions across a modern mobile codebase
• Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous requirements into engineering solutions
• Ability to explain the purpose and impact of shipped work, using metrics, experimentation, and client behavior to evaluate results
• Experience owning the feature lifecycle, including discovery, technical design, implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration
• Experience with APIs and dynamic or real-time data
• Ability to collaborate with Product and Design and communicate effectively in written and verbal English
• Comfortable using AI tools thoughtfully while retaining ownership of engineering decisions and quality
• Track record of turning loosely defined product problems into features or products with measurable client impact
