• Build and own production products or platforms used by multiple customers;
• Define architecture, take systems to production, and operate them end-to-end;
• Build AI agents and work with open-weight models;
• Implement governance and security controls through automated checks, release gates, policy-as-code, and access control;
• Lead engineers while continuing to write and ship production code.

• 8+ Years of experience in engineering roles, such as Software Engineer, Architect, Platform or Engineering Lead;
• Proven experience building and owning production products or platforms used by multiple customers;
• Experience defining architecture, taking systems to production, and operating them end-to-end;
• Strong Python experience, including at least one production system where Python was the primary language;
• Strong Azure expertise: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or 5+ years designing and running production Azure workloads;
• Experience with AKS or Container Apps, VNets, Entra ID, Key Vault, managed databases, and Infrastructure as Code;
• Experience delivering software under ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, HIPAA, or equivalent requirements;
• Hands-on experience implementing governance and security controls through automated checks, release gates, policy-as-code, and access control;
• Strong AI/LLM experience: building agents and working with open-weight models such as Ollama, llama.cpp, vLLM, or similar;
• Experience with AI coding agents as part of the development workflow;
• Strong architecture, communication, and leadership skills;
• Player-coach mindset: able to lead engineers while continuing to write and ship production code;
• Production coding experience within the last 12 months;
• Strong English skills;
• Product-building experience rather than only completing technical tasks within outsourcing projects;
• Ability to provide examples of work, such as a GitHub repo, technical write-up, or demo.
