Python developer

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to build and extend the backend of an internal developer portal and dashboard, using AI coding tools in daily work.

• Continue the development and extension of the internal developer portal and dashboard.
• Design, build, and maintain a robust custom Python backend to support core application features.
• Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to streamline implementation, refactoring, and test generation.
• Integrate the application with diverse database environments, specifically Snowflake, relational (SQL), and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
• Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines (Git) to maintain automated testing and smooth deployment workflows.
• Interact with and navigate Linux/Unix environments on a user level to run development builds, execute scripts, and inspect logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer code reviews, and performance optimization.

• Strong hands-on backend development experience of at least 4 years using Python and standard web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants in daily development workflows.
• Proficiency with Git, including branch management, pull requests, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• User-level proficiency with Linux/Unix command-line navigation, shell scripting basics, and environment manipulation (no administrative/sysadmin duties required).
• Experience working with diverse databases, including Snowflake, relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and integration.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
