• At least 5 years of experience in PHP/Go development
• Proficiency in PHP and MySQL
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Understanding of unit and functional tests, and the ability and willingness to write them
• Practical experience debugging, profiling, and optimizing PHP/Go code
• Understanding the principles, pros, and cons of sharding and replication
• Ability to choose suitable data structures for specific tasks
