The project develops and enhances an operations and facilities management platform that helps organizations manage infrastructure, maintenance, workforce, inventory, and service processes.

• Develop features and implement bug fixes across modern .NET technologies;
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and interns;
• Design and create next-generation telecom application software;
• Participate in all phases of the software development process;
• Work as part of a distributed international team;
• Lead by example in AI-assisted development using Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot;
• Coach and pair with teammates to accelerate AI-augmented development adoption.

• 7+ Years of experience in .NET development, including 5+ years designing and architecting solutions;
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, and Blazor Server/WebAssembly;
• Front-end skills with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery;
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills, including schema design, views, stored procedures, and query optimization;
• Experience with BI dashboards, reporting, and ETL;
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and application lifecycle management;
• Experience with REST, SOAP, WCF, and SOA;
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD;
• Daily hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools: Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot;
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with distributed teams;
• English at Upper-Intermediate+ level;
• Nice to have: SSRS.
