Mozart AI is building a music creation network that enables people to create music together, become artists, and connect with fans. Its products include Vibe sessions and Studio, and the company aims to shape the emerging world of creation-driven music consumption while preserving the social and fun elements of making music.
задачи
- Own the mobile app architecture, state management, and navigation, tracking startup time, frame rate, memory, and battery usage
- Design a navigation model that makes music, video, and image generation, editing, collaboration, listening, and social networking feel like one coherent product
- Implement multiplayer presence, shared session state, and conflict resolution that withstand app backgrounding and network changes
- Build the persistent mobile job system for background generations, uploads and downloads, local songs and projects, and synchronization after reconnecting
- Implement background playback, system controls, interruption handling, Bluetooth and AirPlay support, and synchronized multi-track playback
- Build touch-focused social features, including high-performance media feeds, audio previews, publishing, sharing, and push notifications with state-aware deep links
- Use Swift and Kotlin when platform capabilities require native development
- Define how real-time native audio and app logic running in Hermes communicate, including bridge usage and JavaScript thread boundaries
- Own over-the-air updates, binary releases, store reviews, force-update policy, install attribution, and typed event measurement
требования
- 5+ Years of professional experience
- Experience building and maintaining a large production React Native and Expo app, including profiling and fixing frame drops, memory pressure, and slow startup on real devices
- Swift and Kotlin fluency sufficient to build the app natively; stay current with operating system releases and APIs
- Understand Hermes, JSI, the native module system, thread execution, and the costs of moving data between JavaScript and native
- Experience designing predictable state architectures across screens, background events, offline queues, and server pushes
- Experience shipping persistent background tasks, downloads, or local-first mobile data, with knowledge of iOS and Android limitations
- Experience with background audio sessions, system playback controls, and interruption handling on at least one platform
- Hold the app to the standard of leading consumer apps and have shipped work demonstrating this; notice performance and usability issues early
- Understand backend constraints and drive shared API contracts for web and mobile
- Experience implementing deep links and attribution SDKs, and treating analytics as part of a feature
- Use coding agents daily and design tests and environments that allow agents to verify changes independently
- Ship quickly, take ownership of outcomes after release, and handle whatever work is needed
