The company provides software engineering and digital transformation services, driving innovation in manufacturing through edge-cloud AI solutions that combine computer vision, traditional data science, Agentic AI, and digital twins.

• Develop and deploy ML models for manufacturing use cases across edge-cloud platforms;
• Apply computer vision, traditional data science, Agentic AI, and digital twin technologies to solve real-world manufacturing challenges;
• Prototype and validate new solutions, transitioning them to scalable production systems;
• Optimize models for real-time inference and performance in manufacturing environments;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions;
• Lead end-to-end model lifecycle, from research and experimentation through deployment and monitoring;
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of ML systems in production.

• 5+ Years of proven experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist in edge/cloud environments;
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience;
• Expertise in computer vision and traditional data science techniques;
• Proficiency in developing and deploying ML models on edge-cloud platforms;
• Capability to optimize models for real-time inference and high-performance environments;
• Competency to manage research, prototyping, and production activities end-to-end;
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher;
• Nice to have: familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and approaches, background in digital twin technologies, understanding of manufacturing environments and industrial AI use cases.
