Senior Microsoft Teams & .NET Developer at BairesDev As a Senior Microsoft Teams & .NET Developer, you will lead the creation of collaborative applications and integration solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem. You will serve as a key technical driver, aligning backend capabilities with modern communication workflows to deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise software.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and database architectures to power collaborative applications.
• Build and optimize integrations connecting enterprise business tools with communication platforms.
• Architect and implement secure RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data exchange across distributed environments.
• Establish best practices for software quality, guiding technical design and conducting comprehensive unit testing.
• Streamline deployment workflows by implementing continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development, .NET Development, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in C#, VB.NET, and modern .NET development.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Teams Toolkit and Microsoft Graph.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development, SQL Server database design, and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud or enterprise application integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
