IMC is a research-driven trading firm that provides liquidity across trading venues and uses its own technology and capital to build proprietary systems and algorithms operating across global markets.
задачи
Conduct research to design, develop, and apply original machine learning algorithms
Analyze large-scale datasets, develop predictive models, and evaluate approaches to complex market problems
Develop research skills through project work, mentorship, and feedback from experienced researchers
Build understanding of quantitative trading through instruction in options theory, market making, and related topics
требования
Currently in the penultimate year of study and graduating in 2028
Hold at least an MSc in Machine Learning, Statistics, Deep Learning, Probabilistic Programming, or a related quantitative field
Have strong foundations in statistics and machine learning, with a demonstrated research track record in ML, deep learning, or another quantitative field
Be proficient in Python and core machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch
Have no prior finance knowledge or experience
Be able to start the internship in the last week of June 2027

условия
The internship lasts 10 weeks and less than 90 days
Compensation package includes furnished corporate accommodation and catered meals
High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Graduate Researcher position after graduation
The program is split between the Amsterdam headquarters and the London office
IMC cannot obtain immigration sponsorship for candidates who currently have citizenship from Russia, Belarus or Iran and attend university in one of those countries
Candidates with Ukrainian citizenship must hold a biometric passport for immigration sponsorship
