Easybrain’s machine learning models power lifetime value prediction and user acquisition optimization across a portfolio of games with billions of installs. The company is building machine learning systems for ad monetization and game personalization, many of which make real-time decisions.
задачи
Design and build real-time ML services for ad monetization, including floor pricing and ad load, and in-game personalization, including difficulty and content
Build data pipelines and performant queries over large-scale behavioral data
Take models from research to production with Data Scientists by shaping requirements, agreeing on interfaces, and owning the production side
Set up CI/CD, monitoring, and model quality tracking
требования
Experience building and running production services in Python, including performance optimization
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large data volumes
Experience in data engineering and MLOps, including pipelines, CI/CD, and monitoring
Understanding of ML and A/B testing sufficient to work as an equal partner with Data Scientists
Ability to understand business context, gather requirements, and own technical decisions
English at B2+ level
Fluent Russian
Будет плюсом: experience with high-load or low-latency systems, ad tech, or mobile games
