The Cash Management system delivers cash ladders to teams across the organization, supports the Short Term Desk with order raising, and serves as the official source for cash ladders. ECHO supports short-term trading, FX maintenance, and collateral management. The platform is undergoing a significant rebuild to modernize its architecture and underlying technologies.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the platform rebuild
• Clarify and challenge requirements from the PO/BA and users
• Defend proposed solutions to teammates and ensure they can handle different issues and exceptional scenarios
• Provide L2/L3 support for the product being built
• Develop and maintain automated tests in Java
• Design test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing, including upstream and downstream systems
• Investigate discrepancies found during regression testing
• Support and maintain testing environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, business analysts, QA engineers, and support teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• 6+ Years of Java programming experience, including Java Core and multithreading
• Experience with Kafka and/or other real-time messaging systems
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Experience with recovery mechanisms and exception management
• Strong analytical ability and capacity to learn independently from code through reverse engineering
• Experience with database systems such as Postgres, MySQL, or Oracle
• Experience with Python
• AI experience
• Fluent English
