• Drive modularization and continuously evolve a scalable iOS architecture
• Define, implement, and refine technical standards and architectural guidelines
• Build reusable mobile components for Retail Media experiences, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, product recommendations, and banners
• Improve CI/CD reliability, build performance, and release processes
• Strengthen the testing strategy and establish strong quality foundations across teams
• Improve app stability, performance, and overall technical health
• Review and guide critical architectural decisions across multiple teams
• Strategically reduce technical debt while enabling product teams through platform improvements
• Implement feature flags, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate new customer experiences

• Strong expertise in Swift and experience working on large-scale production apps
• Deep understanding of modular architecture and scalable app structures
• Hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar patterns
• Understanding of modern concurrency concepts and memory management in iOS
• Solid experience with unit testing and improving test coverage
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Effective cross-team collaboration, debugging, and performance optimization skills
