• Design and build scalable backend solutions in Go;
• Shape the architecture of high-load, business-critical systems;
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to strategic technical decisions;
• Ensure code quality through reviews and clean, testable implementation;
• Participate in Scrum planning and manage personal workflow;
• Engage in architectural and infrastructure decision-making;
• Document code.

• 7+ Years of professional software development experience;
• 4+ Years of recent programming experience with Go;
• Hands-on experience with betting-related products;
• Strong understanding of Go internals: data structures, multithreading, memory management, and garbage collection;
• Experience with relational databases and complex SQL query optimization;
• Solid knowledge of Linux and containerization (Docker);
• Ability to write testable code and unit tests;
• Experience with Kafka and Kubernetes;
• English – Intermediate;
• Russian – Upper-Intermediate;
• Nice to have: Experience in finance or data-integrity-focused fields, understanding of distributed applications and microservice architecture, familiarity with DDD, Clean Architecture, or Hexagonal Architecture, experience with PostgreSQL and Clickhouse.
