The project involves developing a high-performance, scalable distributed platform for an international company operating in the financial, insurance, and assistance services industry. It focuses on designing and evolving distributed backend systems, building reliable microservice architectures, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.

• Design distributed systems
• Optimize concurrency models in Go
• Develop REST/gRPC APIs
• Work with PostgreSQL and event-driven architectures
• Improve CI/CD processes
• Make technical decisions
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders
• Conduct architecture and code reviews
• Maintain high engineering standards

• 5+ Years of Go development experience
• 2+ Years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in Go concurrency, distributed systems, and high-performance backend development
• Experience in system design, CI/CD, and complex integrations
• 7+ Years of software development experience, including 4+ years of production Go
• Proven experience designing scalable distributed and high-load systems
• Strong expertise in microservices, REST/gRPC, PostgreSQL, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS), Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with architecture reviews, technical leadership, and system reliability
• Hands-on experience implementing or integrating AI tools into engineering workflows
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills
• Relevant higher education in Computer Science or a related field
• Advanced English (C1+)
