- Strong full-stack skills with React/Vue, Node.js/Python, databases, APIs, and cloud
- Experience with application architecture, code reviews, and end-to-end project ownership
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor
- Experience with Vercel, Railway, Supabase, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of application security
- Portfolio of AI-built products shipped within the last 90 days
- Будет плюсом: LLMs, RAG, AI agents, PropTech/Real Estate experience, German
