• Design, develop, and maintain internal management systems across the full technology stack
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React
• Develop and maintain back-end APIs and business logic
• Design database schemas, relationships, and efficient queries
• Integrate internal systems with third-party APIs and services
• Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, data validation, and other security controls
• Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Write technical documentation and API specifications
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot in the daily development workflow

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Candidates with adjacent educational backgrounds may also be considered with strong relevant project and professional experience
• At least 3 years of professional full-stack development experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on React experience
• Professional working proficiency in English, including participation in English-language stand-ups and writing technical documentation and PR descriptions
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and full-stack architecture
• Strong proficiency in React, including Hooks and modern state management
• Experience with Redux or Zustand
• Familiarity with React Query and the wider React ecosystem
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and front-end engineering principles
• Experience with build tools, performance optimization, and application scalability
• Strong UI implementation skills and understanding of cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to independently develop back-end features for internal management systems
• Experience building CRUD APIs, RBAC, data validation, and core business logic
• Strong database design and data modelling skills
• Ability to design schemas and relationships and write clean, efficient queries
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, including OAuth and API keys
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and API documentation
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve production issues through log analysis
• Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language: Node.js, Python, Java, or Go
• Proficient with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as part of the daily development workflow
