Build a Forms capability with a Java 21 / Spring Boot 3 backend service and a React / Vite / TanStack frontend portal, deployed as containers on AWS EKS
Integrate with existing platform services for users, projects, project assignments, document storage/S3, Cognito authentication, and SES email through REST APIs and JWT
Implement hard-coded forms for each use case rather than generating them dynamically from configuration
Create a single immutable submission snapshot for each reporting period, without version history
Update project totals only after submission approval using a single transactional update
Use a common, scheme-independent codebase with lightweight configuration for each deployment
Separate production deployments as required and support multiple configurations in lower environments
