full stack developer for enterprise automation

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, transformations, and data models using Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms
• Implement AI-powered features, including RAG pipelines, LLM-based assistants, agents, prompt workflows, and AI-enabled automation
• Develop backend components, including REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, authentication, integration layers, and application logic
• Develop frontend components and dashboards with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, ensuring usability, accessibility, and performance
• Apply engineering best practices, including version control, automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, documentation, and secure-by-design development
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into working solutions

• Good Python programming skills and basic software engineering experience
• Good SQL knowledge and experience with data transformations or data pipelines
• Italian proficiency sufficient for daily client communication and understanding the project context
• Practical experience with at least one cloud platform, preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP, including cloud compute, storage, databases, networking, and identity/access management
• Experience with cloud data services such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, cloud databases, or object storage
• Hands-on experience with GenAI concepts such as prompts, LLMs, embeddings, or RAG
• Backend development experience with APIs, services, or application integrations
• Frontend development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and a framework such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Practical knowledge of Git, code reviews, testing, and working in a development team
• Willingness to learn and use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
