Andersen develops digital solutions for large organizations across industries including FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, and Telecom. Its customer operates and enhances complex, business-critical infrastructure systems and invests in digital technologies, automation, and data-driven solutions.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive, accessible web pages and applications based on design specifications and mockups;
• Transform static designs into interactive user interfaces and build reusable, modular components aligned with design system guidelines;
• Implement and maintain component-based architectures using React, Angular, or Vue.js;
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and third-party services for dynamic data rendering;
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and resolve UI inconsistencies;
• Ensure compliance with WCAG and web accessibility standards;
• Optimize frontend performance, including load times, rendering, resource usage, and caching;
• Manage client-side state using Redux, Zustand, or MobX;
• Coordinate usability testing, debugging, and resolution of UI issues with Software Engineering teams;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for UI components and workflows.

• 2+ Years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js;
• Experience with client-side state management using Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar libraries;
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component development, and responsive web applications;
• English at Upper-Intermediate+ level or above;
• German at Upper-Intermediate+ level or above;
• Nice to have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
