- Manage two squads
- Support and coach individual contributors, providing regular feedback to help them grow in line with company-wide objectives
- Deliver features that impact the company's KPIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company
требования
- Fluent in English
- Solid experience delivering high-quality features
- At least 5 years of experience managing a technical team
- Comfortable working with various stakeholders across the company
- Clear and effective communication with teammates
