Dynamics 365 CE & power platform developer в CRM

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Developer / Solution Architect to join our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement team. In this role, you will combine hands-on development with solution architecture, working on a variety of projects - from tailored CRM and Power Platform solutions to complex Dynamics 365 CE implementations and integrations.

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services
• Define solution architecture, make technical decisions, and ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and external systems
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements, propose technical approaches, and deliver suitable solutions
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, solution presentations, technical estimations, and proposals
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and development best practices

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development
• Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization and development using C#, JavaScript, plugins, and custom components
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate, and Power Pages
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE applications, such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights
• Experience designing solution architecture and integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using APIs and Azure Integration Services
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and deployment best practices
• Experience with data migration, security models, and data architecture
• Experience in pre-sales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, and effort estimation
• Ability to communicate directly with clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and make independent technical decisions
• Good English communication skills
