• Automate marketing analytics workflows
• Test and investigate product and business hypotheses
• Build and evolve predictive algorithms

• Solid Python skills at an analyst level, including navigating and working within a large codebase
• Hands-on experience building predictive models, such as ML, time series, or neural networks
• Experience creating and presenting data through dashboards using any BI stack and/or delivering research findings directly to stakeholders
• Solid SQL skills with any database
• Strong applied math foundation in at least one area: time series analysis, advanced A/B testing, classical ML algorithms, or equivalent
